TAMIKO'S THURSDAY TEASERS...

HAPPY THURSDAY MY SISTERS!  For Tamiko's Thursday Teasers, we were challenged to create with the colors pink, green and brown.  I love these colors so didn't have a problem thinking of something special to create.  I decided to use a sketch from Mojo Monday and August from CC Designs (which you can also purchsae at Tamiko's.  I hope you like my card ... I had lots of fun with the sketch!

Hope you have a great day!  HUGGIES TO ALL!

SURPRISE BLOG HOP...

Can you all believe it's September 1st already!!??  Tamiko's Creative Team is doing a surprise blog hop to celebrate a very special CT member's birthday!!  Cami will be celebrating her birthday on September 7th and we wanted to surprise her with a blog hop in her honor.  HAPPY BIRTHDAY CAMI ... you are one of the SWEETEST ANGELS in my life and I am sooo happy to have met you ... tears of happiness!

Okay, you will need to start and end at Tamiko's blog, and you must leave a comment on every CT Member's blog in order to be eligible for the candy.  This hop will end on September 7, 2010 @ 11:59 pm HST.  One special winner will be selected on September 8th so stay tuned for that.  The candy will be a $10 gift certificate from Tamiko's and one choice of a new release rubber stamp from TGF ... either Sweet Anya or Oh Boy Ian ,,, GOOD LUCK TO ALL!!!

Okay, if you are in the right order, you should have arrived from the AWESOME Jodi's blog.  If you didn't please go back to Tamiko's blog to see the order for the blogs to visit.  The birthday card I created for Cami is made with an image from the Sweet and Toxic set from TGF.  Since Cami is such a SWEET PEA, I didn't want to have the skulls in her hair so I decided to cover it up with Doodlebug brads and I also used a butterfly because Cami LOVES butterflies.  I hope Cami likes my card...

Now off you go to Michelle's FABULOUS blog to check out what she created.  GOOD LUCK AND HAPPY HOPPING!!!

AUGUST OCS...

Happy FRIDAY!!!  I wanted to share with you the August OCS card I made for my partner Jovita of Arizona.  If you want to join in the FUN, please stop by my BFF Linda's blog for the sign up ... you won't be disappointed!  The theme this month was to make an Asian card and I was soooo happy because I have so many Asian stamps, but never had a chance to ink them.  Okay so here is my take...

I hope you can see the embossing folder that I used from the Asian bundle!  I really like all of the embossing folders in that set.  I hope Jovita likes it.

Well I have a lot of projects to work on so hope you all have a very enjoyable weekend!

TAMIKO'S THURSDAY TEASERS...

Happy Thursday ... one more day before the weekend!!!  Hope you are all doing great!  Today is the day for another Tamiko's Thursday Teaser.  As part of the Tamiko's Creative Team, we were asked to create "anything but a card".  I had to rack my brain and decided to make this box to hold 3x3 cards ... I jacked the idea from SCS ... heehee...  Here's my take on it - hope you all  like it!

Here's a closeup shot of the cover - I just love the sentiment.
