I was very happy to be partnered with McCline Mendiola of Las Vegas, Nevada. McCline is new to blogland and hope you all can find the time to check her blog out. I created this card using one of my favorite images from Belles 'n Whistles called "Wishes". I think she is just the sweetest litttle girl making a wish in the Wishing Well ... LOVE IT!!! Here's what I created...
